Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are calculated on the total value of your order

Orders up to £24.95 will incure a £4.95 postage and packaging charge

Orders between £25.00 and £49.99 will incur a £7.95 postage and packaging charge

Orders over £50.00 will incur a £9.95 postage and packaging charge

Despatch Times

Stationery orders will be processed within 6 weeks of proofs being signed off. Please let us know if you need your order in a hurry and we will see what we can do. They will then be send by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature.

Other products from the website will be despatched within 7 working days via Royal Mail first class post.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with every purchase that you make from Cherry Pickle Designs. If the goods that you recieve are faulty, simply return it to us within 7 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging, together with your reciept. We'll exchange it for you or offer you a full refund covering the goods that we sold.

Some products are excluded from our refund policy. These products include any stationery that has been manufactured especially for you.

Our refunds and any other manufacturers guarentee's promoted on the website are in addition to our obligations with respect to you statutory rights, which of course remain unaffected.

All refunds will be given at the discretion of the managment.

Any customer that places a stationery order with Cherry Pickle Designs is deemed to constitute acceptance of the folling terms and conditions

All designs shown on this website remain the property of Cherry Pickle designs and must not be published or copied without permission.

Prices

As with all companies from time to time we will have to increase our prices, so they are subject to change without prior notice. However any price increase will not affect any confirmed orders

Variations within the order

All of our wedding staitonery is handmade which means that can be a slight variations can occur. This will not be deemed as faulty.

Proofs

We take great care in producing a sample invitation for you to proof, but you are responsible for the accuracy of the copy you supply and for proof reading all text and copy we set our in the sample. You must make sure that the proof is exactly as you want it before you approve it.

We will not begin production until we have recieved approval of the sample proof from you, and we will not be responsible for any mistakes discovered after this time.

Any delay caused by you failing to respond to proofing items within our timescale could result in a delay in your order or the order being cancelled if there is no capacity before your wedding.

Once the proof has been approved, any admendments will incur a charge.

Payment

A 50% deposit will be required on booking our services and full payment must be recieved before the goods are depatched. Once a deposit has been recieved we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending you an email at the email address you provide us with in your order form. Our acceptance of the order bring into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Ordering

Once you place an stationery order with Cherry Pickle design we will provide you with a time line of that order and an estimated completion and delivery date, this will advise you when we need to recieve the additional information from you (e.g. guest names for place cards or table layouts for your table plan) These dates must be strictly adhered to as we must respect the dates that we have scheduled for other customers, if you fail to meet these deadlines then you will run a risk of your order being delayed for several weeks or if it is too close to the wedding your order will be cancelled and we will retain the full balance minue the postage for orders not shipped.

Delivery

Our delivery charges are stated in the 'Shipping & Returns' page on this website

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you want the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence) We will aim to deliver the goods by the day quoted for delivery but delivery times do vary and are not guarenteed.

Amendments to order

If you require a change to an order after the proof has been approved and the production or your order has already started, then this will incur a charge to incorporate materials and labour invested.

If the delivery has already taken place and an admendment is required, we must recieve the original order back before amendments are made. Postage will be refunded if the error is that of Cherry Pickle Designs

Cancellation of order

In the event of the cancellation of the order of Wedding Stationery, Cherry Pickle Designs reserves the right to retain 50% of the full amount if the cancellation is made before proofs are approved. If cancellation occurs after the proofs are approved then full payment will be retained.

Health and Safety

Please do not allow children to play with the wedding stationery as some designs may contain small parts which could be swallowed.

We are fully committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use information that we collect about you lawfully, inaccordance with the Data Protection Act. We do not disclose your information to third parties.

We may use the information that we hold on you in the following ways:-

For assesment and analysis (e.g. market, customer and product analysis) to enable us to review, develop and improve the services that we offer and to enable us to provide you and others with relevent information through our marketing programme. We may use your information to make decisions about you using computerised technology, for example automatically selecting products or services which we think would interest you from the information we have. We may keep you informed of such products and services (including special offers, discounts, offers, competitions and so on by post or email)

Or to administer any prize drawns or competitions that you may enter
